- How It Works -

- Each survivor purchases a $35 ticket for entry.

- Each ticket includes:

- $20 entrance free

- $15 towards prize

- OPTIONAL: $5 immunity tickets, maximum 3 per entry. *Immunity is not valid on Monday, May 13, 2019*

- Your $20 entrance fee will count as one entry into the ELIMINATION DRAW. There is no maximum number of entries per person.

- You may purchase as many entries as you would like.

There will be 7 draws
Round 1 - May 7 - 26% entries eliminated
Round 2 - May 8 - 22% entries eliminated
Round 3 - May 9 - 18% entries eliminated
Round 4 - May 10 - 14% entries eliminated
Round 5 - May 11 - 10% entries eliminated
Round 6 - May 12 - 6% entries eliminated
Round 7 - May 13 - 2.8% entries eliminated and final winners announced

- The value of all prizes is based on the number of entries sold. All prizes will be awarded.

1st place - 50% of vouchers collected
2nd place - 30% of vouchers collected
3rd place - 20% of vouchers collected

*Wine may be replaced with gift certificates / cash of equal value

- Rules -
  1. You must be at least 18 years of age to enter the contest. Tickets must be purchased in Alberta.
  2. Each survivor purchases a $35 entry ticket.
    • $20 entry fee.
    • $15 towards prize.
  3. Beginning April 5, 2019 a maximum of 250 tickets will be sold until 10:00AM MDT, Monday, May 6, 2019 (entry period).
  4. Your entry will not be entered into the draw if payment is not received before May 6, 2019 at 10:00AM MDT.
  5. The value of all prizes is based on the number of entries sold. All prizes will be awarded.
  6. The number of survivors eliminated each round will be determined based on the number of entries sold.
  7. If your Survivor Name is drawn, you are ELIMINATED from the contest.
  8. If you purchased immunity tickets, your name will be entered back into the draw after that day's names are drawn. Maximum three immunity tickets per entry bought at the time of purchasing entry ticket, and those immunities protect only that particular entry.
  9. You agree to provide your full name, phone number and email for the entry ticket. Your Survivor Name will be public.
  10. Register online at www.ettc.ca/wine-survivor.
  11. The Edmonton Twin and Triplet Club will post eliminated and winning Survivor names on Facebook and our website.
  12. The winning survivors will be notified by email provided at registration
  13. Arrangements will be made with the winning survivors to pick up their winnings

All profits go to the Edmonton Twin & Triplet Club to assist in support of members.
The winner may choose wine or the cash value of their prize.
